Situated on a gentle slope immersed in greenery that slopes down towards the sea, from which they are 400 metres away, the Park Villas are located near the Bellavista Nature Park, the splendid Wellness & SPA Centre and the sports areas.
Perfectly set in the enchanting landscape of the Arbatax Park Resort, they consist of 121 rooms, Standard and Communicating, in Mediterranean style and can accommodate up to 5 people.
All the main services are located in the Park Villas area: swimming pools, restaurant and bar. Guests can dine in the L’Oleandro Restaurant dedicated to them, located just a few metres from the rooms and, with an extra charge, in one of the other restaurants of the Arbatax Park Resort.

The Bellavista peninsula is an island within an island, a corner of paradise still untouched by its rugged beauty.
This microcosm is home to the Bellavista Nature and Fauna Park, which in an area of 40 hectares is home to animals and plants typical of the Sardinian fauna and flora.
The park is freely accessible to guests, who have a variety of routes to observe the animals in complete freedom and to enjoy spectacular views of the typical red rocks of Arbatax, the Ogliastra plain, and the Monte Santo Marine Park.

The Bellavista Wellness Centre & SPA was born in 2010 from the conversion of the prestigious and most avant-garde equestrian centre in Europe, which in the past housed up to 60 horses of all breeds.
Today, on the terrace of the SPA entrance that overlooks the large outdoor pool of the Wellness Centre, one can admire the artistic work of a horse’s head as a reminder of the origins of this place.
The Wellness Centre with its SPA offers its guests wellness circuits (Turkish baths, saunas, emotional showers, whirlpools, waterfalls and pools of fresh and saltwater) as well as beauty treatments and massages, all overlooking an evocative swimming pool with pathways and water games.
Admission to the wellness courses is allowed for adults and children aged 16 years and over and is charged for all Resort guests, as are beauty treatments and massages.
